Frequently asked questions
A flat 4% service fee is added to what you pay at checkout, shown before you confirm. On the other side, we deduct 4% from what the owner receives. That's the entire platform fee — no membership, no listing fee, no surprise line items.
Each listing shows its daily mileage limit (or unlimited) and the overage rate up front. At return, the odometer photo is read automatically — a clear reading bills the difference right away, and anything unclear gets a human review before any charge.
Yes. The full amount is held in escrow from the moment your booking is accepted and only released to the owner after the trip is marked complete.
The owner can file a claim with photo evidence and a requested amount. It always goes to our team for review first — it is never charged to your card automatically.
If the owner offers delivery, you'll see it as an option on the listing with the fee and the radius they cover — select it when you book.
